These general conditions of access and use of the PORTAL, regulate the access and use of the website www.hotelsantmarch.com whose purpose is the reservation, by a natural or legal person (from now on, the CLIENT), of rooms of the hotels offered on this website.
To purchase the products offered on this website, it is necessary to fill in the fields with the required data, and accept these General Conditions. In the event that the CLIENT does not agree with the content of these General Conditions, they must press the "Cancel" button, which is located at the end of these conditions.
Petitions may be formalized in Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
PROCEDURE FOR THE FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT
To accept the contracting of the PORTAL's offers, you must press "I accept" on the web page where the reservation details are detailed, where you will personally enter, in order to make the acceptance effective, your credit card number, expiration date and CCV code, by:
1.- NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION , Make the total (100%) reservation payment that will be specified on the same web page and,
2.- REFUNDABLE RESERVATION , for refundable reservation (cancellation allowed and free of charge according to contract conditions) that will be specified on the same web page.
From this moment on, the contract will be understood as formalized, which will be archived on THE COMPANY's server, remaining available to the CLIENT for consultation.
Within a period of 48 days after the formalization of the contract, THE COMPANY will confirm receipt of the acceptance by email. This receipt of confirmation from THE COMPANY will be confirmed by an acknowledgment of receipt.
Within 48 hours of receiving a new reservation, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel it if it detects, among other things, an error in form, price, collection, or due to the existence of any supervening condition, either by way of example but not limitation, state of alarm, administrative obligation, cause of force majeure, epidemic, pandemic or others of a similar nature.
CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
Before making the payment of the total reservation (for a non-refundable reservation) you should know that this action is part of a contract between the hotel you are requesting and you, and that both parties are bound by the following conditions:
1. The hotel undertakes, for the previously agreed dates, to provide the people included in the reservation with all the services provided for in it.
2. The client agrees to stay at the chosen hotel, like the one included in the reservation, which may only vary if there is a prior written agreement with the hotel.
3. The client will pay upon arrival at the hotel the prices that were detailed at the time (tourist tax €0.5 per person over 16 years of age / night and with a maximum of 7 nights; other services contracted and not paid for; other services contracted as parking, mini-fridge, dog, safe and any other that can be detailed on the website) as the rest of the amount of the invoice.
4. For refundable cancellations less than 3 days from the date of entry, the hotel will invoice and keep 100% of the total reservation; cancellations greater than 3 days from the date of entry, the hotel will invoice and keep 50% of the total reservation; Except for non-refundable reservations, in this case the hotel will invoice and keep 100% of the total amount of the stay. In case of NO SHOW (not presented), the hotel will invoice and keep 100% of the total reservation.
5. For early departures, clients must pay 50% of the remaining bill, including all reserved services, unless non-refundable reservations, in this case, the hotel will bill and keep 100%. of the total amount of the stay.
6. Minors under 18 traveling alone must show a certified authorization from their parents or legal guardians.
7. The COMPANY reserves the right to correct any discrepancy arising in the rate calculated by the system. In this case, the hotel will notify the client, within a maximum period of 24 hours, of the correct rate. The client may accept the change, or cancel the reservation.
8. IN THE EVENT OF A PANDEMIC, STATE OF ALARM, NATURAL DISASTER, HOTEL CLAIM, CLOSING FORCED BY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OR PREVIOUS OR SIMILAR SITUATION; THE HOTEL MAY CANCEL AND CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT RIGHT TO REFUND EXCEPT BY EXPRESS AND WRITTEN AGREEMENT.

6. Children under 3 years of age who sleep in a cot bed, upon request and confirmation, the service will be free. Only one crib bed is allowed per double, triple or family room (with a maximum of 5 people per room).
The services that can be booked on the website are subject to request and confirmation of availability by the hotel:
1. Safe with capacity for a laptop (supplement of €4 / night).
2. Mini-fridge (without consumables) on request with prior written confirmation (€4/night supplement).
3. Pets: only dogs are allowed. If it is less than or greater than 8 kg, its price will vary. This will be published on the website. Maximum 1 dog per room, with previous request by the client and confirmation by the hotel. Supplement cost: between €10 and €20 / night and dog.
4. Free cot bed, subject to availability. Capacity per room 1 unit. Previous confirmation in reservation and in writing. If there is no written confirmation, it will not be guaranteed.
5. Parking. According to availability. One parking space, per room. Supplement cost: between €15 and €20/vehicle and with a maximum according to the client's stay.
6. Transfer Service:
-Transfer from Girona airport to the Hotel Sant March, 1 trip, maximum 7 people. Supplement €65.
-Transfer from the Barcelona airport at the Hotel Sant March, 1 trip, maximum 7 people. Supplement €175.
In order for the reservation of the transfer service to be confirmed, the client must provide the establishment; e-mail, name of the holders of the reservation of the plane tickets, pick-up airport, day and time of arrival and flight number.
In the event that the client requests other types of services, the hotel will communicate the possibility of enjoying the service, attaching a fee. The client will reply in writing accepting or denying the cost and acceptance of the service. In case of acceptance, the service will be paid upon arrival.
DATA PROTECTION COMPLIANCE
In accordance with the provisions of art. 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 on data protection and art. 12 of RD 1720/2007 expressly accepts that the data provided throughout the provision of the service are collected and processed in a file owned by Inmobiliaria Global Sant March SL, Ref.
